Kootenay Lake Visualization Tool

The purpose of this project was to design and develop a visualization tool to illustrate the river profile downstream of Kootenay Lake given certain inflow, outflow, and lake level conditions. The information is presented through a user-friendly, interactive, web-based, dynamic visualization tool, to present and communicate relevant information to the public, stakeholders and rights-holders, IJC’s Commissioners, and Board members. The tool is available on the Board website for anyone to operate and is demonstrated during annual public meetings. It is also available here: Kootenay Lake Visualization Tool (ijc.org)
