For the past 24+ years, I have served as the administrator to a five-member elected board of supervisors and have gained experience in a variety of areas including organizational development, strategic planning, leadership, facilitation, team building, community outreach, and program evaluation.
In addition to serving on local and bi-national work groups, I manage four full time staff members and am responsible for the District’s financial management, operational policies, and general administration. Most recently I served as a U.S. member of the International Rainy-Namakan Lake Rule Curves Study Board from 2015-2017 and am a current member of the International Rainy-Lake of the Woods Watershed Board / Water Levels Committee.
