Supplementary Documents

This page provides access to the supplementary documents associated with the International St. Mary and Milk Rivers Study Final Draft Report.

Throughout the Study, the various teams involved reviewed existing information and developed reports to support their work. For transparency, key supplementary documents have been compiled and are being released alongside the Final Draft Report.

In addition to the St. Mary and Milk Rivers Study Board Directive (SMMRSB Directive) and the Study participants list, supplementary documents are organized into four categories:

1. Reference Documents
   These documents were available to the International St. Mary and Milk Rivers Study Board (ISMMRSB) and informed the Board’s work but were not produced as part of the Study. Documents that are difficult to access due to limited online availability or because the authoring organization no longer exists are provided here as supplementary documents. Other references are included in the report’s relevant references or annotated bibliography.
    

2. State of Knowledge Reports
   These reports were prepared by the Technical Working Groups (TWGs) at the beginning of the Study to summarize existing knowledge and establish the foundation for their work.
    

3. Fact Sheets
   These public-facing fact sheets were developed throughout the Study to share key information on specific topics related to the Study.
    

4. Technical Working Group Reports
   These reports were developed by the ISMMRS Technical Working Groups as part of the Study process.

The list of supplementary documents is being finalized. As of July 31, 2026, the ISMMRS team is continuing to compile and review documents before submitting the Final Report to the International Joint Commission.
