Open House and Public Meetings Planned for Aug. 12 and 13

The International Joint Commission formed the International Rainy-Lake of the Woods Watershed Board to assist with binational coordination of water quality efforts for the entire boundary watershed and to coordinate the management of the water levels and flows on Rainy and Namakan lakes and the Rainy River.

The International Rainy-Lake of the Woods Watershed Board invites you to attend an open house and public meeting on the Lake of the Woods Basin Water Quality Plan of Study in International Falls and Kenora as well as a public meeting on the water levels regulation in International Falls.

Tuesday, August 12, 2014 – International Falls, MN The Theater, Rainy River Community College, 1501 Hwy 71 Open House on the Water Quality Plan of Study - 6:00 pm Public Meeting on Water Levels Regulation - 7:00 pm
