This user manual and program documentation was prepared to compute the natural flow of the Milk River at the eastern crossing, the point of apportionment between Canada and United States. The methodology for natural flow computation was that contained in the interim procedures (8.1) because a further study of flow routing, tributaries inflow, etc., is required to refine the estimate of natural flow.
