Compensating Works – St. Marys River Saulte,

Description
An Application by the Michigan Northern Power Co. in the United States (now Edison Sault Electric Co.) to divert water from the St. Marys River for power purposes and to construct a control structure with gates (compensating works) across the St. Marys River. (See also Docket 8)
Outcome

The IJC approved the construction and operation of the compensating works.
