Description
A Reference to provide advice and recommendations on unmet meteorological, hydrologic, and hydraulic data needs to improve the Great Lakes data collection network.
Outcome
The IJC recommended that a formal co-ordinating committee be established for assessing Great Lakes basin hydraulic and hydro-meteorological data needs, and that the two governments consider establishing a committee through a bilateral agreement.
