Only those planning to go on a scheduled tour will receive a confirmation notice. Notices will be mailed out in early August.

A registration fee is not charged for the 1999 Biennial Forum, but REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED to ensure adequate space and materials are available. Those who pay for and reserve meal and tour tickets will receive them when they sign in at the meeting. Given the interest expressed for this meeting, we strongly suggest you register early.

Elementary, middle or highschool students or teachers interested in the Student Forum activities should visit the Student Forum site.

Hotel Information

A variety of hotels in the Milwaukee area are holding blocks of rooms for meeting registrants at discounted rates. Please contact the hotel of your choice directly and identify yourself as a participant in the International Joint Commission's 1999 Biennial Forum to obtain the conference room rate, listed below in U.S. funds. Conference rates are available for reservations made by August 23, 1999.

Air travel

Midwest Express Airlines is1999 Biennial Forum Contributor and participating carrier for the 1999 Biennial Forum. Midwest Express will provide conference attendees traveling to and from Milwaukee for the conference, a 6% discount off any available published fare. A 10% discount is offered when reservations are made 60 days or more prior to travel. For Reservations, call Midwest Express at 1-800-452-2022 or contact your travel agent.
