- PROCEDURES FOR PUBLIC HEARINGS ON THE REVIEW OF THE LAKE ONTARIO-ST. LAWRENCE ORDER OF APPROVAL
The Commission agreed on how the public meetings will be conducted and the rules for providing input. Staff was asked to modify the document based on the discussions.
- APPOINTMENTS
International Red River Board: The Commission approved the appointment of
Mr. Mike Renouf as Canadian Co-chair for a three-year term effective June 1, 2008 through to May 31, 2011.
International Great Lakes Science Advisory Board, Canadian Section: The Commission approved the reappointments of Marcia Valiante and Scott Findlay for terms of two and three years respectively, effective May 1, 2008.
- LETTER TO JOHN JACKSON, GREAT LAKES UNITED
Commissioners discussed correspondence from John Jackson and directed Secretaries to respond on behalf of the Commission.
- UPPER GREAT LAKES STUDY PEER REVIEW WEB POSTING
Commissioners approved the posting of the peer review findings and the Study's response on a third- party web site (e.g., ASCE/CWRA).
