- U.S. CONGRESSIONAL REQUEST FOR DOCUMENTS
The Commissioners considered the request for documents from the Subcommittee on Investigations and Oversight of the House Committee on Science and Technology for documents related to a report being prepared by the U.S. Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) and approved a response to the Subcommittee which transmitted one Commission letter to ATSDR but declined to make available documents related to ATSDR's report preparation process.
- RELEASE OF GREAT LAKES UNITED REPORT ON GREAT LAKES WATER QUALITY
The Commissioners approved talking points to be used should there be press inquiries regarding the recently released report on Great Lakes water quality by Great Lakes United.
