  1. MINUTES
    Commissioners approved minutes of the March 31, 2006 conference call and April 4-6 and April 19-21 meetings and requested that staff revisit the details of logistics regarding the use of the Great Lakes Regional Office for support to the Upper Lakes Study subsequent to the appointment of both study board co-chairs.

  2. ORAL UPDATES
    Commissioners received oral updates on U.S. and Canadian federal governments' April 28, 2006 meeting concerning the review of the Great Lakes Water Quality Agreement and on recent discussions with government officials regarding Devils Lake.

  3. LAKE ONTARIO - ST. LAWRENCE RIVER STUDY
    Commissioners approved sample letters of recognition subject to providing additional samples to Chair Gray, discussed Study Board and Commission roles during the 60-day comment period to follow the release of the Study Board's report, and requested that Secretaries schedule a conference call to further discuss these roles and that staff provide further information in advance of that conference call.
