- Commissioners received an oral update on the contractual process for identifying errors of fact and non-compliance with contract scope concerning an independent review of select elements of the Lake Ontario-St. Lawrence River study.
- Commissioners approved with minor amendments a draft letter to Study Board Co-Chairs and a draft media release concerning the anticipated release of an independent review of select elements of the Lake Ontario-St. Lawrence River study.
