RED RIVER BASIN COMMISSION QUESTIONNAIRE

  1. The Commission directed staff to prepare a generic response to the questionnaire to be signed jointly by the Canadian and U.S. Secretaries.

UPDATE ON GREAT LAKES WATER QUALITY AGREEMENT REVIEW CONSULTATIONS

  1. The Commission received an update on plans for IJC public consultations under the Reference from the Canadian and U.S. governments, and provided direction to staff with respect to various aspects of this initiative.

GRAND COULEE CLAIM: REQUEST FOR EXTENSION

  1. The Commission approved extending the comment period from August 15 to October 31, 2005 in connection with its request for comments with respect its jurisdiction to grant relief sought by the Canadian Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fisheries Commission.
