ST. MARY-MILK RIVERS
The Commission
- approved the appointment of six additional members to the St. Mary-Milk Administrative Measures Task Force to include: Mr. Robert E. Davis, Mr. Richard M. Moy, and Mr. Ronald Billstein to the U.S. Section of the Task Force, and Mr. Russell Boals, Mr. Wayne Dybvig, and Mr. Dave McGee to the Canadian Section of the Task Force;
- tasked staff with following up on the details on establishing observer status for the other tribes and First Nation;
- noted the letters received from Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Montana, which we need to distribute/post as appropriate (it did not appear the letter from Montana had been shared with Alberta).
RESPONSE TO IWLC The Commission approved a response to the International Water Levels Coalition with minor edits.
