ST. MARY AND MILK RIVERS
- The Commission approved, with minor edits, a draft letter to the federal governments copied to the state and provinces requesting an accounting of the waters arising within the St. Mary and Milk Rivers but not crossing the international boundary.
DECEMBER 2004 SCHEDULE OPTIONS / MISSISQUOI BAY REFERENCE
- The Commission approved:
- a schedule for Commission meetings and public hearings, and
- a draft announcement and paid advertisement, modified to reflect the approved schedule, for issuance once translation of the Missisquoi Bay Task Force's report is complete to notify the public of the report's availability and of two Commission public hearings.
INTERNATIONAL OSOYOOS LAKE BOARD OF CONTROL
- Commissioners agreed that staff should prepare a draft letter for their early consideration alerting the federal governments to water quality and ecosystem health concerns raised during the public meeting of the International Osoyoos Lake Board of Control.
