    Isobel Heathcote, Canadian Co Chair, called the meeting to order. Brief self introductions then followed. Dr. William Sullivan, Interim Director, Illinois-Indiana Sea Grant welcomed the participants.

    Approval of the Minutes and Agenda

    These items were foregone in order to conduct the urbanization consultation which replaced the usual meeting format. The agenda of this consultation was previously approved.
