These are questions the governments of the
U.S. and Canada will face this year as they begin
to review the effectiveness of this historic agreement--
the IJC is interested in your views and looking for
your input.
We have launched this Internet bulletin board to
encourage basin-wide discussion of the issues early
in the review process. Questions lead off each discussion
area to help you get started, but we encourage you
to respond to other’s thoughts or feel free to comment
on agreement issues that are important to you. As
new discussion threads develop, rooms will be added
for new emerging subjects. Comments can be posted
in English and French. The IJC will not filter or
edit any comments and is not responsible for content.
