I believe the current Lake Ontario - St. Lawrence River regulation plan (Plan 1958-D) should be replaced with proposed Plan B+. I am a recreational boater on the St Lawrence, and favour the balance provided by B+ in regard to recreational use of the waterway, and the need for more consistent ("natural") water level across the useable season.
