I believe that the outdated Plan 1958-D should be replaced with the proposed Plan B+. I also believe that a very proactive adaptive management plan should be implemented, similar to the one suggested by the U.S. National Academy of Science and the Royal Society of Canada in their published report "Review of the Lake Ontario - St. Lawrence River Studies".
