You should keep Lake Ontario and St. Lawrence River water levels higher in the spring so Pike have a place to lay there eggs. As the St. Lawrence River and the 1000 Islands were made famous for its fishing and now that you keep the water level so low Pike do not have a place to lay eggs in the marches. This has been the down fall of tourism and fishing. In the summer and early fall the water should also be keeped higher for boating and tourism. With the dams you have on the river there should not be any trouble keeping the water levels up. We hear so much about Montreal needing water for there port just have them dreg it deeper.
