The Boundary Waters Treaty covers the fresh waters along the boundary between Alaska and Yukon and British Columbia. There are currently no References or Orders in this region, nor have there been any in the past, but any issues that may arise related to the fresh waters in the region could be referred to the IJC. The Commission has undertaken some activities in Alaska-Yukon related to its responsibilities for air quality along the full length of the boundary.

The IJC has never received an application or reference in this Basin.
