IJC Student Bulletin Board

Welcome to the IJC's on-line, student bulletin board for discussion of the Great Lakes and the Great Lakes Water Quality Agreement. We have developed this bulletin board for use by students so that they can contribute to the dialogue and discuss the issue with their peers around the Great Lakes basin.
