More input on increasing the level of Lake Ontario. Having lived on Lake Ontario shoreline in the town of Greece, I experienced the flood of March 17, 1973. My advice is that you hold the Cap @ 247 feet, thru April of each year. High water during the raining and windy period is deadly.
