Our waterfront property is located on a Sandy Pond channel. Taxes associated with a waterfront property, of course, represent increased costs. Starting approx. mid-August each year the water levels drop steadily until approx. the 1st week in September; at which point, we are forced to pull our boat out of the water due to hazardous water level conditions. Please consider postponing the date at which point water levels are reduced. It would be great to have an extended boating season, in this beautiful area, as the weather throughout September usually provides nice conditions.
