My home is on the South shore (near Rochester). A large creek runs along the property. High water levels lead to ice jams that cause the creek to overflow and can flood my house and neighbor's homes. From my perspective, it is critical that the water be as low as possible by late fall into winter/spring to prevent the flooding. Thank you for your consideration.
