As a resident, boater, fisherman and multiple property owner in Wayne County of New York State, I urge the Commission to honor its 50 year old commitment to the protection of the south shore of Lake Ontario. Since the 1950's, millions of dollars of private, commercial and public investment has been made based on an understanding that the lake levels would be controlled. Any new protocol that does not limit high and low water extremes could have devastating economic consequences to our region.

I support Plan 2007 ----- PROVIDING a four foot limit [243.3' - 247.3'] is added.
