August 5, 2006 - Mr. Richard Wilson, Rochester, New York

First, let me say that I am a shore owner and as such I of course would like to see low levels all the time. However, I can understand other interests and their problems and what their choices would be. The "Study" comments that with our latest technology, we should revise the "Regulation Plan". I ask with our latest technology why we just can't have increased outflows whenever the data shows a lake level that approaches 247 feet, no matter which plan is approved. Of course, I submit Plan "D+" as my choice, but could live with Plan "A+" if I knew that early steps could be taken when approaching the 1% Probability of Exceedence. If taken soon enough Plan "A+" could be kept below 247 feet. In summary- I submit Plan 1958-D, first,,,Plan "D+", second and last, Plan "A+".
