As a member of the Genesee Valley Chapter of the Adirondack mountain club and the Federation of Monroe County NY Environmentalists (FMCE) I would like to support Plan B+ to preserve the great lakes. This is critical to me since I live only a mile from Lake Ontario in Monroe county NY
