July 11, 2008 — Dr. Robert Perkins

Dear Sirs:

Having read the data presented in your online study summary and having reviewed data shared at the hearing held locally, it is my assessment that increasing the level of Lake Ontario by as much as several feet will be economically devastating to many businesses, year round residences as well as summer residences around the perimeter of the entire lake. Higher lake levels during the summer and fall months would for all intent and purpose ruin many shorelines, camp grounds, and residences.

I AM NOT IN FAVOR OF THE PROPOSED CHANGES TO INCREASED LAKE LEVELS FOR ANY REASON!

Thank you,

Robert L. Perkins, EdD.
