August 31, 2006 - Mr. Richard W. Granville, Jr. North Syracuse, New York
I am a riparian on Lake Ontario eastern shore - The North Rainbow Shores tract in the Town of Sandy Creek, Oswego County, New York.
I reviewed the published summaries of the possible replacement plans published, and attended two public meetings.
I am not pleased with ANY of the proposed plans, and would prefer to see Plan 1958-D continued, or perhaps have some other different proposals. My main concern is having the overall Average Water Level exceed what is currently in existence with the 1958-D. The plus or minus 2 feet variation currently permitted, I feel, is too wide a "swing".
Thank you for the opportunity to present my viewpoint.
