July 6, 2008 – Mr. Jim Eason, Richland, New York

My family and I are summer residents of Romona beach town of Richland Oswego County NY.We have had the property prior to the 1958 treaty .We believe that any raise in the water levels of Lake Ontairo would not only flood our property's but also some of the wetlands surrounding it .Plan 2007 would be possibly devistating to our communnity .PLAN 2007 B+ WOULD BE POSSIBLY CATASTROPHIC TO OUR PROPERTY'S AND OUR TAX BASE IF LEVELS HAVE NO LIMIT.At present level of 247 1/4, and the ability of the commisson to only lower the level 3/4 of an inch per week.My property could be lost for 4-6 months every spring.THE EASTERN AND SOUTHERN SHORELINE COULD POSSIBLY BE DEVISTATED FOR NO REAL GAIN OF POWER OR TOURISM THE LAKE SHOULD STAY AT THE LEVELS SET FORTH 1958D.

SINCERLY,

Jim Eason
