We own a cottage on Lake Ontairo in Cape vincent NY and are requestion that Plan A+ be implemented. This plan appears to retain the greatest amount of water in Lake Ontario in the fall abd should help avievate the following problems that have beem prevelant in recent yeare. Because of the reduction in water levels that have occurred in August over the past 10 years with Plan 1958DD most years we are not able to do any boating after Labor Day. Many of the marina's in the area have operational problems because of the low water levels in Sept. and Oct. These problems significantly impact the economy of the area.
