As a taxpayer and a citizen of the United States I implore you to do the right thing ! That is, to not flood the taxpayers along the American nor the Canadian shoreline.If plan D+ is the right plan, use it,I believe it is the one that is the best choice. As the Taxpayers become older as the demographics show we can no longer physically stop the damage from the high waters that you continually inflict upon us; but I assure you we will take all legal action to stop it if it occurs again. Thank you.
