We own property on Chaumont Bay in the Thousand Island region. Over the years the lake level lowers dramatically in the late summer. We have a struggle to get our boat off the lander. I feel that the "Balanced Enviromental Plan" would work best for the plant and animal life and give us a chance to go boating in Aug. & Sept. We have our cottage far enough from the shore, so that a bit higher water, would do nothing to our residence.
