As a resident of the Sodus Bay area of New York State I urge the Commission to protect the South Shore of Lake Ontario. Since the Commission has been regulating the lake level from extreme lows and highs millions and millions of dollars of private, commercial, and public investment has been based on the understanding that the lake levels would be controled. Plan B+ would be catastrophic to this area. I support Plan 2007, providing a four foot limit is included.
