To Whom It May Concern:

Please be advised that I am a land owner and recreational boater in Wellesley Island, New York, my address is Wellesley Island New York. I am in favor of the Commission adopting proposal option "A" regarding the water level in the St. Lawrence River and surrounding areas and bodies of water affected.

The water level on my property of approximately 400 foot of water frontage is extremely low and makes access to the water via boat inaccessible. Please adopt option "A" so that land owners and other recreational boaters and property owners can have access via their waterfront property to the water.

Thank you for your kind consideration and adoption of Option "A".
