Dear Secretary;

I am a life-long resident of the Thousand Island region, and the owner of a 130 acre farm on the St. Lawrence River which includes Sturdivant Creek (or sometimes referred to as Gray's Creek) which drains into the St. Lawrence River just 3 miles east of Gananoque . I am concerned about the management of the water levels of the St. Lawrence River and also the environment impact. I believe Plan A+ provides the most balanced solution.
