Please extend and expand the www.losl.org ; 50year / indemnification model to include the Binational Niagara River Drainage Basin between the Onondaga and the Niagara Escarpments - transcending U.S. and Canadian boundaries.

VEXING water level regulation plan issues, such as flood control and shoreline erosion require mandated stalilization restoration and maintaince, for the relicensing duration of these two interrelated hydro-electricity generating projects.
