While Plan A+ would be a significant improvement over the current plan, I believe Plan B+ is the best choice at this time. As a recreational boater the extended boating season offered by Plan B+ is a critical factor. Currently, the August draw down takes away so much water that by Labor day I must keep a constant watch on the water levels or risk finding my boat sitting in the mud at my dock. Plan B+ is the only proposed plan to avoid these drastic drops.
