Dear Commissioners:

As a person who values the wetlands, coastal habitats and species of New York's "north coast" I urge the International Joint Commission to select Plan B+ as the new regulation plan for Lake Ontario.

Based on strong science Plan B+ will restore Lake Ontario's natural cycles, which are necessary to maintain the health of the coastal habitats of the lake and river.

This is an historic opportunity to improve the environment for both wild life and people in the Lake Ontario/St. Lawrence region. I support Plan B+, and thank the Commissioners for presenting such a ballanced alternative to the public.
