Dear Commissioners:

As an interpretive exhibit designer working on projects along the coast of Lake Ontario and the St. Lawrence River I have seen first hand the negative impacts of water level over-stabilization on adjacent wetlands and ecosystems.

Plan B+ has a strong science backing and it presents a practical compromise that will improve adjacent habitat while protecting economic interests. I support plan B+ and urge you take the necessary steps toward acceptance and implementation.
