I support Plan A+ as the most balanced, environmentally correct and plans for the future. Plan A+ provides higher lake levels which are a great benefit to recreational boater, and modest gains for Lake Ontario coastal interests. Plan A+ enables both wildlife and humans to best cope and plan with environmental changes,and avoid uncertain swings, and needless, damaging hardships that lack any real benefits Plan A+ is the most likely plan to stabilize an ecological balance of the St Lawrence river and Lake Ontario. In the need to conserve water Plan A+ is the most forsighted of the three plans in its management of water during low level swings.
