September 13, 2006 - Mr. Robert S. Lamoureux, Redwood, New York

U. S. Section Secretary

I am writing to express my support for the adoption of Plan B, as the alternative to the existing Plan 58D which controls outflows from the Lake Ontario and the St. Lawrence River. As a year around resident of Goose Bay and avid boater/fisherman I believe this plan offers a balanced solution to the needs of wildlife, tourist, businesses, and residents of this region. Additional data should be collected, after implementation of any plan, to insure a dynamic regulation plan is in place that utilizes the most current and up to date information available.

I urge you to consider implementation of Plan B with continued collection of water level data to create a dynamic system to control water out flow from this region. Whatever plan is implemented should be revisited periodically to insure it is working properly.
