2006 Progress Report
Article IX of the Canada-United States-Canada Air Quality Agreement directs the International Joint Commission (IJC) to invite public comment on each biennial progress report by the United States-Canada Air Quality Committee; to prepare a synthesis of the comments received; and to release the synthesis to the public after submitting it to the two governments.
